Description de la fonction
In this freelance assignment you will work as a Corporate / Administrative Assistant in the Brussels region.
You will reinforce the IBU Oncology Corporate Affairs team for 0.5 day (4 hours) per week for a temporary assignment of at least one year.
You will work in a multinational pharmaceutical company active in oncology and innovation-driven healthcare, within a structured and international corporate environment.

As a Corporate / Administrative Assistant, your job will consist of:
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative and operational matters
- Creating, managing and following up on contracts, Work Orders and supplier compliance (MSA, due diligence, approvals)
- Coordinating vendor set-up, Purchase Orders and payment requests through internal systems
- Managing invoice follow-up and financial back-charges in collaboration with internal teams
- Supporting document management, budget tracking, SharePoint organization and occasional travel logistics
Profil
As a freelancer, you are eager to deepen or share your current expertise with companies.
Your background includes:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree, or you have already acquired relevant professional experience
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
- You can easily switch between software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Soft skills you identify yourself with are:
- Strong organizational and self-management skills, with a high sense of accountability
- A detail-oriented and accurate working style, combined with clear and professional communication
- A flexible and solution-oriented mindset, allowing you to set priorities and collaborate smoothly with different stakeholders
