This human-sized European organization is currently entering a growth phase, supported by an ambitious 5-year development plan. Its objective: to strengthen its presence on the European market through demonstration activities, integration of complex systems, and installation of its products on strategic sites across Europe.

In this context, BATS is looking for a versatile, field-oriented Field Operations Technician, ready to evolve in an international and highly technical environment.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Senior Technical Engineer (N+1) and the Chief Operations Officer (N+2), you are responsible for the operational implementation of BATS solutions. You will work on-site across the full technical lifecycle of the systems and act as a key link between technical, project, logistics, and commercial teams. Integration & Preparation Mechanical, electrical, and software assembly of solutions Support in design (schematics, plans, interfaces) Calibration, validation, and preparation for shipment Field Deployment & Operations Installation and commissioning on international client sites Participation in technical demonstrations Configuration of operational environments Technical Support & Maintenance Management of client incidents Diagnostics, repairs, and coordination with suppliers Technical logistics management Equipment configuration tracking Training & Expertise Active contributor to continuous training in a fast-evolving field Support in training end users Technical support to commercial teams Quality & Compliance Application of ISO 9001, AQAP 2110, and ISO 10012 standards Maintenance of testing tools Compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Area of Activity Northern and Eastern Europe, Central Europe & extended Benelux Travel frequency: approximately 1 week per month maximum

Profil

WHAT YOU BRING Technical Skills Technical education (or equivalent through experience) Strong expertise in electricity or electromechanics Knowledge of electronics, telecommunications, and/or IT Professional level of English is essential
