Description de la fonction
As a Healthcare Compliance Representative, you ensure that all activities within the district comply with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards. You support operational teams, manage corrective actions, coordinate audits, and act as the key point of contact for healthcare-related quality topics. This role is essential for safeguarding product integrity, maintaining compliance, and supporting healthcare customers across the network.- Coordinate GDP responsibilities with the assigned Back-Up Representative.
- Perform all GDP tasks required for the facility type and customer requirements.
- Ensure facilities and equipment meet GDP standards.
- Conduct risk assessments for any activity that may impact GDP compliance or product integrity.
- Support operations with recalled, returned, quarantined, rejected, or falsified products.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements as documented in Customer SOPs.
- Manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and ensure timely implementation.
- Inform customers in writing of any shipment-related issues.
- Lead and implement global and regional GDP initiatives within the district.
- Participate in calls with the Regional Healthcare Team.
- Attend quarterly Management Review Meetings.
- Participate in district meetings related to GDP compliance.
- Join annual BCP (Business Continuity Plan) reviews when applicable.
- Support Account Managers with GDP-related quality topics.
GDP-Specific Competencies
- Maintain strong knowledge of GDP Operational Process Standards (OPS) and guide employees accordingly.
- Communicate local and standard GDP requirements and identify required actions.
- Ensure proper GDP document control, including version management and retention.
- Manage external customer or regulatory audits and conduct internal self-assessments.
- Coordinate GDP training assignments, deadlines, and compliance; escalate non-compliance when needed.
- Support onboarding of new healthcare customers and align Customer SOPs with GDP requirements.
- Coordinate Quality Technical Agreements and Service Level Agreements with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure GDP service provider profiles are maintained and compliant.
- Conduct routine and for-cause audits of GDP service providers.
Profil
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or the healthcare industry.
- College or university degree, or equivalent business experience.
- GDP Certification (within 6 months of appointment).
- GDP Auditing Certification (within 6 months of appointment).
- Strong knowledge of global logistics processes.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; good knowledge of French.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in facilitation, problem solving, and process analysis.
- Advanced PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to create flowcharts and deliver presentations.
- Strong auditing and questioning skills.
- Able to set clear goals and follow through.
- Eligible to work in Belgium.
