Position Overview 
 
DigiTribe is looking for a Scrum Master who thrives in an Agile environment and plays a key role in delivering value to our clients. As a Scrum Master, you contribute to the success of strategic initiatives by enabling high-performing teams. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement, while working closely with our experts and clients to ensure smooth delivery of reliable, high-impact solutions. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) 
  
• Support the team in applying Agile principles and best practices 
  
• Identify and help remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution 
  
• Encourage continuous improvement within the team 
  
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on backlog clarity and prioritization 
  
• Track team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) 
  
• Ensure clear communication between team members and stakeholders 
  
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and self-organizing team environment
  

 
Skills & Qualifications 
 
Technical Skills 

• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) 
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar)
  
• Ability to work with Agile metrics to support team delivery 
  
• Experience in a digital, IT, or software delivery environment
  
• Basic understanding of DevOps or modern development practices is a plus 
  
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch 
  
• Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent by experience
  

Soft Skills 

• Strong communication and facilitation skills 
  
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration 
  
• Ability to guide teams  
  
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative 
  
• Adaptability in different client environments 
  
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
