Description de la fonction

Are you an experienced tax professional looking to take ownership of tax compliance at a European level?
Our client, an international and fast-growing organization, is looking for a Tax Analyst to strengthen its Finance team.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, managing tax risks, and supporting strategic decisions.
This is a great opportunity to combine technical expertise with a business-oriented approach.

The responsibilities of the Tax Analyst:

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, EC
  • Sales Lists, and Corporate Income Tax returns (in collaboration with external advisors).
  • Guarantee compliance with European and local tax regulations.
    Identify and manage tax risks, including indirect taxes and customs duties.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.
  • Coordinate tax audits and prepare the required documentation.
  • Oversee all VAT matters, ensuring correct treatment of domestic, intra-EU, and international transactions.
  • Review VAT reconciliations and invoice processing.
  • Coordinate corporate income tax processes and ensure accurate tax reporting.
  • Manage and coordinate transfer pricing matters across entities.
  • Perform balance sheet reviews for tax-related accounts and support closing activities.
  • Ensure proper ERP configuration and contribute to process improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and operational teams.
    Supervise and support a VAT-focused team member.

Profil

The ideal profile of the Tax Analyst:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in tax, with a strong focus on compliance.
  • Experience in an international or European environment.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT and corporate tax; transfer pricing knowledge is a plus.
  • Hands-on, structured, and analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with ERP systems and tax/reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
