IT Cloud System Engineer

A European mobility services provider is seeking an engineer to configure, maintain, and optimize its hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructure as part of a digital transformation initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service with monitoring capabilities
• Configure and maintain secure, highly available Azure resources leveraging SaaS and PaaS offerings
• Manage cloud migration projects by evaluating legacy systems, collaborating with architects, and overseeing implementations
• Assist development teams in deployment processes, configuration management, and release activities including scheduled maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in real time, delivering end-to-end problem resolution and 24X7 support for critical systems
• Provide technical mentorship and cross-training to peers, sharing best practices and domain expertise

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience with Azure
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Kubernetes

• Certifications such as Ckad, Cka, or relevant Azure credentials
