They develop powerful software solutions for public organizations and are the market leader in Belgium within their domain. In addition, they provide software solutions for facility management and operational processes.

The company is known for its excellent customer service, strong product quality, and long-term partnerships. Their clients are highly diverse and include cities, municipalities, ministries, police zones, hospitals, universities, social housing companies, and other public institutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow your own customer portfolio
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success
  • Deliver software trainings, demos, and workshops on-site and online
  • Support customers during onboarding, implementation, and go-live
  • Listen to customer needs and translate them into clear solutions
  • Act as first point of contact for questions, feedback, and change management
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, R&D, Support)
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software
  • Adapt your communication and training style to different customer environments

Profil

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a Master's degree (e.g. Law, Criminology, Political or Social Sciences, Public Management, Business, etc.)
  • 0-7 years of experience - talent, motivation, and learning ability are more important than experience
  • Strong analytical skills and structured way of thinking
  • Enjoys presenting, training, and sharing knowledge
  • Confident, social, professional, and customer-oriented
  • Able to work autonomously and manage priorities
  • Stress-resistant and comfortable in busy periods
  • Assertive and persuasive when facing resistance to change
  • Commercial awareness and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Dutch, with good knowledge of French (English is a plus)
