Digitribe is looking for a Programme Manager who thrives in an Agile environment and plays a key role in delivering value to our clients. As a Programme Manager, you oversee the coordination, strategic alignment, and delivery of high-value cross-functional programmes. You operate in an Agile environment, fostering collaboration, continuous adaptation, and measurable impact for users and the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a programme within time, budget and scope and ensure alignment with the company's strategic vision.
• Promote an Agile culture built on transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support teams in defining objectives, managing dependencies, and removing impediments.
• Facilitate effective communication among internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive value-based prioritization with a strong focus on user needs.
• Track key metrics, measure impact, and adjust plans based on feedback and evolving context.
• Encourage team autonomy while ensuring overall programme coherence.
• Report & communicate to ExCo and sponsors.
• Participate in SteerCo's

Skills & Qualifications

Technical skills:

• Proven experience in programme or complex project management, ideally in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Less...) is a plus.
• Proven experience in participating in SteerCo's and reporting to ExCo.

Soft skills & Agile mindset:

• Strong communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and adapt plans continuously.
• Value-driven mindset with a focus on collaboration and user satisfaction.
• Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
