Mission & Context 

1. Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-level applications to support business needs, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
2. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
3. Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
4. Ensure application stability and continuous improvement by handling incidents, debugging issues, and optimizing existing systems.
5. Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in team ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous integration/delivery processes.
