Job Description

• Translate User Requirement Specifications (URS) into clear technical and software specifications
• Prepare technical documentation such as P&IDs, tag lists, instrument lists and as-built documentation
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical documentation and support documentation engineers
• Maintain structured master project documentation according to internal quality guidelines
• Collaborate with engineering departments and participate in internal and customer project meetings
• Support Project Managers during FAT and Validation Engineers during commissioning or qualification
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to quality, HSE and ESG standards

Profil

Candidate's profile

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or engineering environment is a strong asset
• Accurate, structured and able to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication and teamwork skills
