This role blends strategy, business analysis, and implementation, where you'll shape the future CRM landscape-from defining vision to potentially supporting delivery in an Agile setup 🚀

🎯 Your Mission

Lead the design of a future-ready CRM ecosystem by:

• Understanding customer & business needs
• Defining a clear CRM vision & roadmap
• Supporting vendor selection
• Guiding implementation & adoption (if applicable)

🧩 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Customer Discovery & Analysis 👥

• Run workshops & stakeholder interviews
• Translate needs into:
  • Personas & user journeys
  • Use cases & user stories
  • Acceptance criteria
• Challenge and refine business requirements
• Define CRM scope vs. other systems

🔹 CRM Vision & Requirements 📊

• Define target vision, MVP & roadmap
• Deliver:
  • Functional & non-functional requirements
  • AS-IS / TO-BE processes
  • Data & reporting needs
  • Integration requirements
• Ensure requirements are prioritized, testable & traceable

🔹 Market Scan & Vendor Selection 🔍

• Conduct CRM market analysis (RFI/RFP-ready)
• Build vendor shortlists
• Create demo scenarios
• Define evaluation criteria (UX, scalability, security, etc.)
• Collaborate with Security, IT, Procurement & Legal

🔹 Agile Delivery & Implementation ??

• Manage product backlog & priorities
• Work with technical teams
• Lead UAT & validation
• Drive continuous improvement

🔹 Change & Adoption 📈

• Lead training & communication
• Ensure smooth user adoption
• Track success via:
  • Adoption rates
  • Efficiency gains
  • Data quality

🎓 Your Profile

• Strong experience in:
  • CRM strategy / implementation / optimization
  • Business analysis & digital products
• Ability to turn business needs into actionable solutions
• Comfortable working with business & tech stakeholders
• Analytical, structured & solution-oriented
• Proactive, autonomous & customer-focused

? Nice to Have

• Experience in the energy sector
• Knowledge of the Belgian market
• Familiarity with Agile environments
