Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job: 
- Mission within client's Vision program, a major supply chain initiative focused on identifying and managing critical business data elements to improve process efficiency and business operations. 
- Team is responsible for establishing data governance and management practices, onboarding top management, developing procedures and training, and implementing data governance within the organization. 
- The project involves setting up data quality rules for ~700 business terms, each requiring 2-5 business rules to be coded and automated. 
 
Responsibilities. 
- Understand business quality standards and translate them to technical data quality requirements 
- Analyze the data to identify existing patterns / data quality rules 
- Develop and test data quality rules in mainly in SQL (also Python) 
- Communicate and report data quality metrics, namely in Power BI 
- Document data quality requirements and support business quality definition in Collibra 
- Advocate for data quality good practices 
- Support business stakeholders to use the data quality tools, and to leverage them to improve the  quality of their data. 
 
Requirements. 
Years of Experience:  3-8 years  
Must Have  
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle flavor) 
- Experience in data management and programming (minimum 1-2 years) 
- Ability to translate business rules into technical code 
- Autonomy and initiative 
- Analytical thinking and meticulous organization 
 
Ideal Candidate: 
- Experience in supply chain data and/or pharmaceutical industry 
- Experience with data governance and management 
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex messages 
- Ability to work independently and understand business processes 
 
Nice to Have: 
- Python programming skills 
- Experience with Collibra for data governance documentation 
- Power BI for reporting 
- Experience with GxP regulations and validation processes 
- Written and spoken French 
 
Language Requirements: 
- Written English required 
- French is a strong plus (preferred for stakeholder interactions, but not strictly mandatory) 
 
Homeworking Policy: 
- Hybrid: 2 days on-site, 3 days remote  
- Full time
