Mission
Are you a
data-driven strategist who lives for ROI and conversion rates? Banqup Group is looking for a
Digital Performance Marketeer to take full ownership of our digital growth engine.
In this role, you'll be the
sole architect of our performance across all digital platforms. We are looking for a
hands-on specialist who can bridge the gap between
technical data analysis and high-quality content. From fine-tuning Google Ads to refining the copy on our latest blog post, you will be the
driving force behind our digital acquisition and visibility.
Responsibilities:
- You will own our presence on search engines by managing the synergy between organic and paid search while staying ahead of the curve in GEO.
- You will develop and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies that align seamlessly with Banqup's broader business goals.
- You will plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Display to hit critical KPIs like CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
- You will elevate written content, such as blogs and landing pages, by ensuring it is perfectly optimised for both human readers and search algorithms.
- You will interpret complex data sets from GA4 to provide actionable insights and take responsibility for reporting ROI directly to stakeholders.
- You will lead continuous A/B testing cycles on ad creatives and landing pages to maximise the value of all incoming traffic.
- You will manage strategic vendors and resources by defining the roadmap for external agency collaboration as the department scales.
- You will provide marketing intelligence by translating emerging trends and AI-driven prompting techniques into actionable playbooks for the wider team.
Profil
We are looking for candidates who have:
- You possess 2-3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital media roles.
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a focus on marketing.
- You demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Display advertising.
- You maintain deep familiarity with the Google Suite, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Search Console, as well as CRM software.
- You have a strong ability to dive into metrics and make data-driven decisions that directly impact the bottom line.
- You possess a sharp eye for copy and know exactly how to tweak a headline to improve CTR and SEO value simultaneously.
- You exhibit the ability to see the big picture while remaining deep in the weeds of daily campaign optimization.
- You go beyond reporting what happened to uncover the deeper reasons why it happened.
- You pivot strategies quickly and effectively as search algorithms change or new market trends emerge.
- You translate complex data into clear, persuasive stories that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
- You find innovative ways to differentiate our brand within a crowded and competitive digital landscape.
