Are you fluent in Japanese and English, at the start of your carreer, and eager to learn about the transport and logistics world in a hands-on environment?
Then the position of Junior Customer Expert with this international company in logistics might be the opportunity for you! In this role, you will be a key point of contact for their Japanese clients.

What you'll do:

• Be the trusted contact person for Japanese clients via phone and email
• Welcome visiting clients and ensure they feel comfortable, and well taken care of
• Support customer with questions and administration
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Gradually take on more responsibility as you grow into the role and sector

Profil

We're looking for someone who presents themselves in a professional manner, as they are the first point of contact for customers.
For this long-term position, these are our must-haves:

• Fluency in Japanese and English, with an openess to learn Dutch over time
• Flexible mindset: you're happy to go the extra mile when needed
