🌟 Context

To strengthen the Procurement team of our client operating in the banking sector, we are looking for an experienced Procurement Expert to step in during a maternity leave.
This role plays a key part in a high-transformation phase, including the rollout of new procurement tools and increasing business demand. You'll be instrumental in ensuring continuity, driving change, and supporting stakeholders across the organization.
 
 

🎯 Your Mission

As a Procurement Expert, you will take ownership of non-IT categories and contribute to both operational excellence and strategic initiatives:
🔹 Lead sourcing initiatives across:
  • Professional Services
  • Marketing
  • HR
  • Operations Services
  • Facility Management
🔹 Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while managing risk & quality
🔹 Drive end-to-end RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
🔹 Negotiate contracts, SLAs & framework agreements 🤝
🔹 Partner with internal stakeholders on procurement needs
🔹 Ensure compliance & strong contract management
🔹 Monitor and improve supplier performance 📊
🔹 Support adoption of new procurement tools & change initiatives
 
 

👤 Your Profile

💼 Experience
  • Medior/Senior level
  • 3-6 years in procurement (consulting = big plus)
  • Strong exposure to non-IT categories
🛠? Skills
  • Excellent negotiation & influencing abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset
  • Contract management expertise
  • Understanding of procurement risk management
  • Proficiency in Excel & procurement tools
  • Solid RFx experience

  • Comfortable navigating complex environments
  • Team player with natural leadership

  • Native French or Dutch + professional level in the other
