We are currently looking for an experienced Pipefitter for a major pharmaceutical project in Belgium. The role involves the installation and assembly of stainless steel and carbon steel piping systems within a high-spec pharmaceutical environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of stainless-steel pipework (primarily 316L) 
• Installation of carbon steel and stainless-steel piping systems
• Fit-up and preparation of carbon and stainless spools for welding
• Accurate pipe fitting for orbital and manual welding, ensuring:correct alignment and zero mismatch
• proper hygienic weld preparation
• correct support spacing and installation according to isometric drawings
• Installation of components including: tri-clamp fittings, hygienic valves, tees and reducers, instrument tees, sample points and drain points
• Installation of supports, brackets and pipe racks according to specification
• Carrying out dimensional and slope checks
• Supporting QA teams during inspections and system handover

Profil

• 3 years of experience as a Pipefitter
• Knowledge of stainless steel (316L) installation and weld fit-up techniques
• VCA Certificate

• Néérlandais (atout)
