Description de la fonction
As a Store Facility Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring that our stores run smoothly every single day. You are the central point of contact for all facility-related questions, issues and requests, working closely with store teams, internal departments and external suppliers.
You don't just solve problems, you coordinate, follow up and improve processes, making a real impact on the store experience for both colleagues and customers.Facility coordination & stakeholder contact
- Act as the first point of contact for facility-related questions, issues and requests from stores and internal stakeholders
- Register, follow up and close tickets in line with internal SLAs
- Coordinate interventions with external suppliers, landlords and internal teams
- Ensure maintenance and repair works are planned, executed and followed up correctly
- When needed, check contracts and align with service providers on scope, timing and execution
Process improvement & expertise
- Actively share knowledge and information within the team
- Identify recurring issues, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Help develop FAQs, scripts and standard responses based on real-life cases
- Contribute to projects and pilots aimed at improving processes, tools and ways of working
Administration & reporting
- Maintain a clear overview of planning and priorities
- Request and process offers and invoices
- Register and follow up maintenance and inspection reports
- Provide reporting within your area of responsibility
Profil
Your background
- Around 2 years of relevant experience in a service desk, facility, coordination or support role
- Strong communication skills in the local language (spoken and written); English is a plus
- Comfortable working with different systems and tools and quick to learn new applications

- Able to keep overview and priorities, even under time pressure
- Service-oriented and solution-driven
- A clear communicator who enjoys working with different stakeholders
- Team player with a proactive attitude
