Drive performance. Lead people. Shape the future of our Aftermarket Sales operations. To support our growth in West Europe, we are looking for a hands-on Sales Aftermarket professional ready to take a broader role combining business development, commercial coordination, and team support. This position is based at our European Headquarters in Belgium and requires regular on-site presence, with a hybrid setup allowing up to two days of homeworking per week. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has already built solid experience in the automotive aftermarket and wants to expand their scope towards regional impact, without moving into a purely strategic or senior leadership role. About the Role As part of the West Europe Sales team, you play a key role in driving commercial performance across the aftermarket network (distributors, wholesalers, buying groups, etc.). You will: Act as a commercial driver for the region, supporting growth and revenue development Coordinate and support a small Sales team (Belgium + remote colleagues in Europe) Contribute directly to customer interactions, business opportunities, and operational excellence This role is primarily business & sales driven, with people coordination as a plus. Your Responsibilities 1. Drive Aftermarket Sales Performance Develop and grow business with key customers and partners in West Europe Identify opportunities within the IAM (Independent Aftermarket) ecosystem Support negotiations, tenders, pricing strategies, and customer development plans Actively contribute to revenue growth and market share expansion 2. Coordinate Sales Activities (West Europe) Align priorities across different markets and support execution of commercial plans Bring structure and follow-up on pipeline, forecasts, and campaigns Share best practices and ensure consistency in approach across countries 3. Support Team Collaboration Act as a go-to person for a small team of 4-5 Sales colleagues Provide day-to-day coordination and informal coaching Contribute to a positive and performance-oriented team dynamic

Profil
Your Profile Solid experience (typically 5-8 years) in automotive aftermarket sales, with a strong focus on operational and customer-facing activities. Strong understanding of West Europe aftermarket networks (distributors, wholesalers, ITGs, etc.) Proven ability to develop business, manage customers and close deals Comfortable working in an international environment Nice to have: Experience in coordinating or mentoring colleagues Exposure to multi-country sales organizations Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus) Willing to travel (~20%) Able and willing to work on-site in Belgium (HQ location)Compétences linguistiques
