Description de la fonction

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Practice Development

  • Support execution of business development strategy for M&A practice
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple European offices



Pitches & Opportunity Management (Core Focus)

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Manage multiple concurrent opportunities under tight deadlines
  • Maintain and track pipeline activity via CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)



Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Support organisation of events, webinars, and client initiatives
  • Contribute to visibility campaigns and brand positioning
  • Assist with directory submissions and external rankings



Content & Market Insights

  • Develop tailored marketing materials and credentials
  • Utilise internal data and market intelligence to support BD initiatives



Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior partners and internal teams
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Work closely within an international BD network

Profil

Candidate ProfileExperience

  • 5-10 years in Business Development, Marketing, or related roles
  • Experience within professional services environments (e.g. law firms, consulting, advisory)
  • Exposure to transactional or corporate practice areas



Sector Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of M&A or corporate environments
  • Additional exposure to competition, litigation, or regulatory practices is beneficial

  • Proven expertise in pitch and proposal management
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings
  • Excellent writing, communication, and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with senior-level stakeholders
  • Autonomous, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong team player with cross-border collaboration skills



Languages

  • French: Professional proficiency required
  • English: Fluent
