Description de la fonction

As a Recruitment Consultant (FR/NL/EN) your responsibilities are:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer management, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, checking references, and extending offers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted partner throughout the process
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned with their expectations
  • Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, professional databases, and recruitment events
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates (phone and face-to-face) to evaluate their skills, motivation, and overall fit
  • Coordinate and facilitate all stages of the recruitment process, including technical tests, assessments, and evaluations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Guide and support candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience as the main point of contact
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by participating in recruitment events and strengthening the company's visibility
  • Collaborate closely with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets
  • Stay up to date with market trends and continuously contribute to improving recruitment practices and strengthening the employer brand

  • You communicate with impact, both verbally and in writing, and know how to manage your time and priorities effectively
  • You bring energy, creativity, and fresh ideas to your day-to-day work
  • You thrive both independently and in a team environment, demonstrating professionalism and a strong sense of confidentiality
  • You are digitally savvy, comfortable using social media, and always up to date with the latest trends in your field
