AI & Automation Lead - Private Equity (MBB Background) M/V/X

We are looking for a high-potential profile from a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB: McKinsey, BCG, Bain) with 3-7 years of experience, to join a private equity platform undergoing a strong digital transformation.

This strategic role is focused on designing and driving AI and automation initiatives across both the investment structure and its portfolio companies.

• 
  
  Define AI & Automation Strategy
  • Develop the overall AI vision and roadmap for the fund and its portfolio companies
  • Identify high-impact use cases (productivity gains, revenue growth, cost optimization)
• 
  
  Drive Execution
  • Lead the implementation of AI and automation solutions across portfolio companies
  • Ensure effective rollout from strategy design to execution (PoCs, scaling)
• 
  
  Engage with Senior Leadership
  • Work closely with investment teams and portfolio company leadership (C-level)
  • Challenge and support management teams in adopting new technologies
• 
  
  Value Creation
  • Identify and unlock value creation opportunities through AI and automation
  • Track performance and impact of implemented initiatives

Profil

• Experience: 3-7 years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB strongly preferred)
• Expertise: Strong exposure to AI, data, or automation-related projects
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Hands-on, execution-driven mindset
  • Ability to interact with senior stakeholders
• Languages: Fluent in English + French or Dutch required
