Our client is a well-established player in contact center services in Belgium. To strengthen their HR team, they are looking for an HR Officer. You will join a people-focused environment where recruitment makes a real impact.

Tasks

• First point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions

• Support onboarding and follow-up of new hires

• Follow-up of employee lifecycle changes and internal mobility

• Close collaboration with the external payroll partner and HR Manager

• Support HR administration and ensure accurate personnel data

• Contribute to smooth internal communication and employee flow

Profil

• Bachelor's or Master's degree

• Fluent in Dutch and French

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Social, approachable and service-minded

• Flexible mindset and able to manage varied HR topics

• Stress-resistant and hands-on
