Creative Content & Social Media Coordinator (Bilingual) We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Creative Content & Social Media Coordinator to partner directly with our Marketing Manager. This unique role requires a blend of exceptional video editing and creativity skills. You will be instrumental in crafting our brand's visual story and fostering a thriving online community across key platforms. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Storytelling (Visual Focus): Video Production & Editing: Take ownership of the full video lifecycle, from raw footage to polished final product. This includes assembling, cutting, adding graphics, and color-grading, using industry standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Creative Storytelling: Conceptualize and execute compelling video content that adheres to the brand narrative and brief implementation guidelines. Photography Skills (A Major Asset): If you can also capture high-quality photographs, you will assist in developing still visual assets for social media and marketing campaigns. Brand & Quality Control: Apply a keen eye for detail to ensure all visual and written content is consistent with the established Brand Bible and high-quality standards. Community Management & Strategy: Platform Management: Oversee, moderate, and manage our presence on core social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and community forums. Engagement & Interaction: Proactively engage with the community, respond to comments and messages, and identify key community advocates. Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on key content and community metrics (views, engagement, sentiment, growth) to the Marketing Manager, using data to inform future content strategy. Marketing Collaboration: Directly support the Marketing Manager in translating marketing objectives into actionable community and content plans

Profil

What You'll Bring: Expert Proficiency in Video Editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). A strong portfolio showcasing your creative storytelling and editing ability. Proven ability to manage social media platforms and understand performance analytics. Highly organized mindset, capable of effectively planning and managing one's own time (experience with editorial/action calendars) Strong knowledge of brief implementation and the importance of adhering to brand guidelines (Brand Bible). Bilingual Communication Skills in: English and French OR English and Dutch
