Description de la fonction

For a long-term assignment in Ternat, Belgium, we are looking for several technical profiles to join a mission-critical data center environment.

As a Data Center Technician, you will help ensure the continuous and safe operation of critical infrastructure including electrical systems, cooling equipment, HVAC installations, UPS systems and emergency backup systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and inspect technical installations
  • Perform routine technical checks and site rounds
  • Respond to alarms and technical incidents
  • Carry out basic maintenance and minor interventions
  • Collaborate with external contractors and service providers
  • Report technical issues and completed work
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures

Profile

  • Education or experience in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, HVAC, Refrigeration, Electronics or Maintenance
  • Hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and committed team player
  • Willing to work in a 24/7 rotating shift system
  • Good command of English is required
  • Dutch and/or French are considered an asset
  • Recent graduates with internships, technical secondary education or practical experience are welcome to apply

Nice to Have

  • BA4 / BA5 certification
  • VCA certification
  • Experience with HVAC, UPS systems, generators or cooling installations
  • Experience in maintenance, manufacturing or industrial environments
