8AM Group is a small SME which is active in 3 different fields.

1) Communication and marketing.

We specialize in providing communication services for Western companies on the Chinese market. Our mission is to provide marketing strategy and digital strategy in China, social network pages creation and management (WeChat, Channels, Weibo, Little Red Book, Douyin), media campaign, influencer marketing, graphic design, Chinese naming, logo design, content creation (text, static and motion content), voice-over, translation, etc. 

2) Media

We have our own Chinese media (Magazine, WeChat Official account, Weibo, Little Red Book, Douyin, WeChat Channels) on which we address the Chinese expats of Belgium and post news everyday. 

3) Travel

We organize trips in Belgium and neighboring countries for the Chinese expats, and we also organize trips for the Chinese travelers who come to Belgium and Europe.

Description de la fonction

As a project manager - Chinese Market, the candidate will have to do the following tasks: 

• Client relationship management: you are responsible for the client. You have weekly calls in English and Chinese, you make sure the client's needs are met, anticipated and you come up with suitable solutions for their communication needs;
• Digital marketing Strategy: after receiving a briefing from the client, you will design a digital marketing strategy dedicated to China and plan it out throughout the year; 
• Chinese Content copywriting: write press releases, WeChat articles, Weibo posts, Little Red Book captions in perfect Chinese, adapting the tone of voice and vocabulary to the situation;
• Chinese social networks management: you will create and manage accounts and pages on WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, Douyin, Channels, etc.) ;
• Manage paid media campaign;
• Manage influencer campaign; 
• Translation from English into Chinese and from Chinese into English;
• Graphic Design: Answer the graphical needs of our clients with digital tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, etc; 
• Video editing: Using tools such as After Effects, Premier Pro, etc;
• Manage the Chinese suppliers: when we hire one of our partners for certain jobs, you manage those partners, brief them and make sure they deliver what they are asked. You will also look for new Chinese suppliers; 
• Organize trips and events in Belgium and in the neighboring countries. 

Profil

• You are a native speaker level or equivalent;
• You master English in both oral and written form;
• Some knowledge of French will be appreciated;
• You have a bachelor or a masters degree in Chinese advertising;
• You are able to write perfectly in simplified Chinese and you can adapt your message and tone of voice depending on a client's positioning and on their audience;
• You have a 2-year experience in the Chinese new media field. You have experience managing Chinese social media including WeChat and WeChat Channels, Weibo, Little Red Book, Douyin;
• You have experience as a community manager;
• You have experience running paid advertising campaigns;
• You worked as a graphic designer before and you are able to use digital tools including Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva;
• You have experience organizing events and trips;
• You are well-organized, punctual, you are able to multitask and plan out your work in order to meet deadlines given by the clients. You are dynamic and proactive;
• You like working in a multicultural environment.
