1st Line Support Engineer - Your Day at Work
- You're the first point of contact for all tech needs.
- From solving hardware, software, network, and security issues to installing desktops and laptops, you keep everything running smoothly.
You'll also take part in exciting IT projects and help implement and improve IT solutions while supporting the team and users.
Profil
1st Line Support Engineer - Who Are You
- You're a strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
- Proactive and organized, you know how to set priorities and take initiative.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Your tech toolkit includes Microsoft Windows, apps like Open Office and Thunderbird, and a solid understanding of TCP/IP networks. Bonus points if you know Linux!
- You speak fluent Dutch and French and have a good command of the other.
A valid driver's license is a must, you'll be on the move!
