1st Line Support Engineer - Your Day at Work

• You're the first point of contact for all tech needs.
• From solving hardware, software, network, and security issues to installing desktops and laptops, you keep everything running smoothly.

• You'll also take part in exciting IT projects and help implement and improve IT solutions while supporting the team and users.

1st Line Support Engineer - Who Are You

• You're a strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
• Proactive and organized, you know how to set priorities and take initiative.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
• Your tech toolkit includes Microsoft Windows, apps like Open Office and Thunderbird, and a solid understanding of TCP/IP networks. Bonus points if you know Linux!
• You speak fluent Dutch and French and have a good command of the other.

• A valid driver's license is a must, you'll be on the move!
