- You ensure the availability of the service desk by handling incoming calls, portal requests, and emails.
- You address complex incident and request inquiries from internal staff.
- You provide on-site and phone support for hardware and software issues.
- You analyze reported malfunctions and change requests regarding computers and applications.
- You prioritize your tasks using the Service Management Tool, adhering to ITIL standards.
- You maintain relevant, high-quality, and timely communication to sustain service levels.
- You participate constructively in Service Support team meetings.
- You collaborate with your team to meet designated targets and escalate issues when necessary.
Profil
What are we looking for?
- You are highly customer-oriented and enjoy helping people solve IT issues.
- You have 2-3 years experience in first-line or second-line service desk support.
- You have working knowledge of: Windows environments, Networking basics, Telephony, Citrix
- You are comfortable working with ticketing and service management tools and overall ITIL-based service processes
- You work confidently with Microsoft Office applications.
- You take initiative, think in solutions, and communicate clearly with both users and colleagues.
- You can organize your own work while remaining a reliable team player.
- You are not afraid of administrative follow-up and documentation.
You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.

Location: Kortenberg (on site, no remote work)
Working hours: Fixed schedule between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday
