  • You ensure the availability of the service desk by handling incoming calls, portal requests, and emails.
  • You address complex incident and request inquiries from internal staff.
  • You provide on-site and phone support for hardware and software issues.
  • You analyze reported malfunctions and change requests regarding computers and applications.
  • You prioritize your tasks using the Service Management Tool, adhering to ITIL standards.
  • You maintain relevant, high-quality, and timely communication to sustain service levels.
  • You participate constructively in Service Support team meetings.
  • You collaborate with your team to meet designated targets and escalate issues when necessary.

 

Jouw profiel

What are we looking for?

  • You are highly customer-oriented and enjoy helping people solve IT issues.
  • You have 2-3 years experience in first-line or second-line service desk support.
  • You have working knowledge of: Windows environments, Networking basicsTelephonyCitrix
  • You are comfortable working with ticketing and service management tools and overall ITIL-based service processes
  • You work confidently with Microsoft Office applications.
  • You take initiative, think in solutions, and communicate clearly with both users and colleagues.
  • You can organize your own work while remaining a reliable team player.
  • You are not afraid of administrative follow-up and documentation.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.

What do we offer?

Location: Kortenberg (on site, no remote work)

Working hours: Fixed schedule between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday

Start date: As soon as possible

Duration: Until end of March 2026

Contract: Freelance
