Performance Marketing - Maternity Leave replacement
- Define and implement the Group B2C merchandising strategy across all platforms
- Ensure daily homepage and tab optimization, balancing business priorities and local needs
- Monitor B2C performance and drive growth initiatives at country level
- Improve processes, reporting, and merchandising tools
- Use data and KPIs to steer performance and decision-making
- Lead, coach, and develop a cross-European merchandising team
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Marketing, CRM, UX, and Data teams
Profil

- Strong people management and analytical skills
- Solid background in digital marketing, merchandising, or e-commerce
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
