We're looking for a technical operator for a company in Lokeren.

As a CNC machine setter-operator, you'll work with high-tech equipment, learning to set up and operate CNC machines. You'll also be responsible for setting up and operating a cutting machine that cuts foam blocks.

You'll work in a 2-shift system from Monday to Friday:

• Early shift: 6 AM - 2 PM
• Late shift: 2 PM - 10 PM

During your training, you'll initially work in the day shift.

Profil

• You can perform under pressure.
• You are physically fit and can stand for long periods.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch OR English.

• Operating machines
• Setting machine parameters on the various cutting machines according to the production plan
• Loading cutting programs to cut foam blocks
• Quality control during machine operation
• Performing daily preventive and technical maintenance tasks on the machine
• Correctly positioning blocks in the machine
• Unstacking cut blocks onto pallets
• Cutting foam to size separately
• Operating the press for foam remnants
