We are seeking a Strategy and Commercial Program Manager to join our team in Brussels. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will play a critical role in coordinating strategic projects and programs across business units. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of bpostgroup's transformation journey, supporting decision-making at the highest level and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

·        Coordinate cross-BU strategic projects and programs, including support for the full strategy cycle and sales budget process coordination.

·        Prepare reports and materials for CCO-level meetings and Board presentations.

·        Lead and manage governance for the innovation pipeline, including gate reviews.

·        Support business case development and contribute to strategic planning efforts.

·        Drive and manage specific strategic initiatives, such as the use of AI in commercial functions.

·        Conduct ad hoc strategic and financial analyses as needed.

·        Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly business review reports.

Your profile

Profil

·        Master's degree from a top business or engineering school; MBA is a strong asset.

·        Proven experience in strategic planning and project management.

·        Strong financial acumen with the ability to evaluate business cases and market dynamics.

·        Experience with data analysis; familiarity with big data and AI tools is a plus.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French and Dutch are strong assets.

·        Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to clearly synthesize and present complex information.

·        Highly organized, pragmatic, collaborative, and intellectually curious.

·        Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.
