As part of its digital transformation and IT modernization strategy, my client, a leading player in the insurance sector, is looking for an IT Project Manager with a strong technical background, particularly in AS400 / IBM i environments.

Description de la fonction

• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and quality across multiple initiatives.
• Leverage a solid understanding of AS400 / IBM i environments to manage system evolutions, integrations, or migrations.
• Ensure technical coherence and stability within a hybrid landscape (legacy and modern digital platforms).
• Challenge technical solutions and architectural choices to support long-term business objectives.
• Support users and business teams throughout the change process.
• Promote best practices in IT project governance and delivery.

Profil

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong technical background, with hands-on or in-depth experience in AS400 / IBM i environments.
• Trilingual: French, English, and Dutch (spoken and written - mandatory).
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Natural leadership and ability to align technical teams around common goals.
