Are you passionate about mobile technologies, device management, and delivering innovative solutions to customers?

We are looking for an MDM Integration Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for customers operating in demanding environments such as logistics, transportation, warehousing, retail, and industrial production. You will combine technical expertise with strong customer engagement skills to help organizations successfully deploy, manage, and optimize their mobile ecosystems.

You will join a specialized team focused on enterprise mobility solutions and work closely with both technical colleagues and customers to deliver successful projects. Following an onboarding period, you will gradually take ownership of integration projects from start to finish, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants to grow into an end-to-end project coordination role over time.

Role
  • Design, present, and implement MDM solutions tailored to customer requirements
  • Configure, deploy, and manage MDM platforms and mobile devices
  • Support the rollout and integration of mobile solutions in customer environments
  • Validate hardware and software compatibility across environments
  • Ensure the correct deployment and functioning of business-critical applications
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Provide post-deployment support, monitoring, and continuous optimization
  • Develop technical documentation, staging procedures, and best practices
  • Deliver customer training and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Work closely with customers to understand their operational needs and challenges
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Gradually take ownership of projects and customer communication from initiation through delivery

  • experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as SOTI MobiControl and/or 42Gears SureMDM
  • Experience with Android-based mobile devices and enterprise mobility solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
  • Broad IT knowledge and hands-on technical expertise
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with administrative and management tools
  • Basic scripting knowledge and experience with API integrations
Nice to Have
  • Experience with rugged mobile devices from vendors such as Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, Urovo, or Panasonic
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune
  • Basic networking knowledge and understanding of connectivity requirements
  • Experience working in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, or transportation environments
  • Experience with application deployment and device lifecycle management

 

Language Requirements
  • Dutch: Minimum B2 level
  • English: Professional proficiency (written and spoken)
  • French: Basic knowledge is considered an asset
