Our client is a growing company focused on IT services and professional B2B software solutions. They are currently seeking a motivatedSupport Engineer (3rd line)ready to take on technical challenges and deliver high-quality service to clients.

Support Engineer - Your Job
  • Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure and network systems, ensuring reliability and performance for clients.
  • Manage and configure Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and related tools.
  • Identify potential technical issues early and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime.
  • Handle hardware and network equipment, making sure all devices are properly configured and up to date.
  • Provide daily technical support to clients, offering clear solutions and practical advice tailored to their needs.

Profil

Support Engineer - Your Profile
  • Junior to mid-level experience (minimum 3 years in a similar role).
  • Fluent in French and English; Dutch is considered an advantage.
  • Strong technical background with tools and technologies such as Microsoft 365, PowerShell, SharePoint, Apple environments, Cisco, VPNs, DNS, firewalls, and switching.
  • Able to work independently while taking initiative when needed.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
