• Provideon-siteandremote supportforhardware, software, and network issues, ensuring seamless operation of laptops, printers, phones, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintainoperating systems, applications, andIT infrastructure, including servers, virtual environments, and cloud services.
• ManageIT security, compliance, and documentationwhile promotingbest practicesanduser awareness.
• Assist withequipment deployment, lifecycle management, andend-user trainingto optimize technology adoption.
• Collaboratewith the ICT manager onsystem improvementsand deliver exceptionaltechnical supportacross all company offices.

Profil

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experiencein technical roles.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, eager to learn and adoptnew technologies.
• Resourceful with a"Swiss knife" mindset, able to handle diverse challenges effectively.
• Responsible, motivated, and customer-focused, delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent team playerwith the ability to workindependently, fluent inEnglishandFrench.
