Drive secure and efficient IT operations as a Network Administrator in a hybrid Brussels role, combining hands-on support with strategic impact.

Join a dynamic team as a Network Administrator to manage IT systems, enhance security, and deliver tailored solutions while supporting business growth in a hybrid work environment.

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and daily operations
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Implement IT solutions aligned with client needs
• Support and enhance network and information security
• Collaborate with internal teams on IT strategy and improvements
• Provide technical expertise and user support

Profil

• Degree or experience in Information Technology or related field
• At least 3 year of experience in IT systems and network administration
• Understanding ofnetwork and information security principles(e.g. firewalls, VPNs, access control)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience withMicrosoft environments(Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
• Familiarity withApple/macOS environments
• Experience withnetwork technologies(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in French and English
