As a Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on requirements gathering, process modeling, and ensuring the coherence of our solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into functional specifications, and support engineering activities as needed.

• Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Create detailed functional designs, process models using BPMN, and user stories.
• Provide third-line support, troubleshooting incidents post-development, and training end-users.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and ensure business continuity.

Profil

• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
• Expertise in UML, BPMN, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with API definition, functional testing, and regression testing.
• Proficiency in tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Microsoft SQL Server.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
