As aFirst Line Support Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and technical team focused on delivering state-of-the-art IP and telecom solutions across various industries, from healthcare to hospitality, in Belgium and beyond.
RoleKey Responsibilities:- Technical Support:Handle and resolve customer technical issues via phone or ticketing system, ensuring quick and efficient solutions.
- Network Monitoring & Maintenance:Support the implementation and maintenance of network systems such as WiFi, VoIP, IPTV, and more, while monitoring systems to ensure operational continuity.
- Configuration & Integration:Assist in the initial configuration of network equipment and ensure seamless integration into existing customer environments.
- Customer Service:Provide both proactive and reactive support to customers, working closely with the technical team to resolve network issues.
- Solution-Oriented Approach:Identify and document technical problems, contributing to process improvements to prevent future incidents.
Profil
Profile- Education:A degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience:At least 1 year of experience in a first-line support role, preferably in a network or telecom environment.
- Skills:Strong foundational knowledge of network technologies (WiFi, routing, VLANs) and IT infrastructures.
- Languages:Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Mindset:Customer-oriented, a team player, and eager to develop further in a technical environment.
