They manage a large-scale IT environment supporting multiple subsidiaries. Their mission is to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure that enables seamless global logistics operations.

• Lead and actively contribute to data center migration projects across European infrastructure
• Ensure smooth transition of systems, applications, and services with minimal business disruption
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, firewalls) during migration phases
• Coordinate technical activities with internal teams and external providers
• Monitor system performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions
• Ensure security, backup, and disaster recovery readiness throughout migration processes

Profil

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or similar role
• Strong expertise in Microsoft system administration (Windows Server) and Linux environments
• Solid experience with virtualization technologies (VMware certification is a plus)
• Good knowledge of core infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, etc.)
• Experience with network infrastructure (Cisco switches/routers, TCP/IP, VLANs)
• Knowledge of firewall configuration (Palo Alto is a plus)
• Experience with monitoring tools and backup solutions (Veeam is a plus)
• Proven ability to work in international environments
