Our partner, a pioneer in the energy sector, is on the hunt for a seasoned cybersecurity expert to lead their security department. You'll work hand-in-hand with the business team, drive compliance (ISO, NIS2, and more), and shape the company's digital shield.

• Design, implement, and continuously improveon-premises security architecture, including infrastructure, firewall policies, and network segmentation.
• Establish and maintain security baselinesfor endpoints, servers, and critical infrastructure to ensure a robust and compliant IT environment.
• Lead identity and access management (IAM)initiatives, managing AD, PKI, LDAP, RBAC, and mobile device security (MDM).
• Collaborate with SOC and internal teamsto detect, respond to, and analyze threats, while enhancing incident response capabilities.
• Drive compliance and governance efforts, supporting risk assessments, ISO 27001/NIS2 audits, and the development of internal security frameworks.

Profil

• 5+ years in cybersecuritywith hands-on experience in security architecture, on-premises, and O365 environments.
• Skilled in network and endpoint security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SIEM, and log management.
• Expert in IAM: AD, PKI, LDAP, and access management.
• Knowledgeable in compliance: ISO 27001, CIS benchmarks, NIS2.
• Autonomous, structured, problem-solverwith strong communication skills; fluent in English.
