Hybrid leadership role blending operations, team management & project delivery in a fast-paced, tech-driven international environment in Brussels.

This role combinesoperational leadership, project coordination, and team managementin a highly dynamic and technical environment.

You will act as a key link betweenstrategy and execution, ensuring smooth operations while driving improvement initiatives and supporting cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead and coordinate dailyoperational activitiesto ensure efficiency and service quality
• Manage and supporttechnical and operational teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Overseeprojects and process improvements, from planning through execution
• Collaborate withIT, engineering, and managementto align priorities and objectives
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implementoptimization strategies
• Support incident handling, escalation management, andoperational continuity

Profil

• Experience inoperations management, team leadership, or project coordination
• Strong ability to combinehands-on executionwith strategic thinking
• Background in technical, infrastructure, or fast-paced environments
• Excellentorganizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership mindset with ability to motivate and guide teams
• Fluent in English;French and/or Dutchis a strong plus
