Function

• Operate within a 24/7 support environment, ensuring system availability and reliability.
• Work in both IT and OT environments, with a strong focus on change management and operational stability.
• Participate in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT and OT systems.
• Support day-to-day operational activities within the team.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and technical issues.
• Provide support to internal users and teams across multiple locations.

Profil

Profile

• Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch or French.
• Strong collaboration mindset with the ability to work across different ICT teams.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously when required.
• Flexible and willing to travel occasionally to different locations.
• Proactive and reliable, with a structured approach to work.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (routing & switching - CCNA level).
• Familiarity with Cisco CLI.
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Exposure to backend tools such as: 
  • Monitoring systems
  • Network Access Control (NAC)
  • Centralized logging (syslog)
  • Authentication systems
• Exposure to OT environments is a strong plus.

Background in Computer Science, Networking, or similar is preferred
