Description de la fonction

You will be accountable for the introduction and development of the FILOform & Wallmax product portfolio within Belgium. You will initiate and implement the local sales strategy securing a solid market share for your region.

  • You will step up, maintain, expand and develop long-term relationships with new & existing clients in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • You will proactively identify and pursue business opportunities across diverse industries such as Telecom, Datacenters, Infrastructure and Energy. By ensuring a close interaction with your key stakeholders you keep abreast on upcoming projects and needs.
  • You are able to translate your customer's challenges into qualitative solutions, ensuring fulfillment of their business needs whilst pursuing customer satisfaction, through dedicated business partnering.
  • You will keep abreast of market trends and data, related to the FILOform & Wallmax Product Portfolio and industries, to identify and determine market opportunities, increase the business market share and secure further market penetration.
  • You will present business reports, sales reports and forecasts on a monthly basis.
  • You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders across all sites, as appropriate.
  • You will be updating the CRM tools (Salesforce, .).
  • You will report directly to the Sales Manager BENE with who you will have close interactions and regular meetings.

Profil

  • Bachelor or Master background combined with a senior technical sales experience with a proven track record and client portfolio within the Energy, Infrastructure, Data or Telecom sector. 
  • Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets, growing revenue, analyzing and following-up on KPI's.
  • Able to quickly master and understand all technical aspects of the business and flexible towards new product introductions.
  • Able to manage long and complex commercial- and product approval processes.
  • Used to work in an innovative environment with a strong international and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable and valuable business partner assuring strong stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical skillset with the ability to effectively analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Experience in tender management is a plus.
  • You are based in Belgium and are flexible to travel across the country to visit clients.
  • Flexible to travel to The Netherlands and/or UK when required (limited).
  • This role is a stand alone role that is mainly managed from a Home Office setting.
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.
