Description de la fonction

Business Development

  • Identify new commercial opportunities across the African market
  • Develop new business projects while strengthening the company's position in existing markets
  • Initiate new partnerships and closely monitor ongoing projects to ensure successful execution
  • Act as the main point of contact for all commercial activities within your assigned region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, healthcare authorities, and other key stakeholders
  • Drive sustainable business growth and contribute to the continued expansion of the organization

Stakeholder Management & Project Coordination

  • Organize regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with departments such as Finance, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Technical Support
  • Ensure the smooth execution of commercial projects while monitoring timelines and commitments
  • Coordinate all involved parties to guarantee efficient project implementation

Strategy & Budget

  • Translate the commercial strategy into concrete actions within your assigned region
  • Contribute to the expansion of the product portfolio
  • Prepare and manage territory budgets, monitor performance, and report results to management
  • Take full ownership of the commercial performance and business results within your territory

Profil

  • You hold a master's degree or have equivalent experience
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a business development or sales role within an international environment
  • You are a strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset and excellent analytical skills
  • You are fluent in English and French. Additional languages are considered an asset
  • You are willing to travel internationally for approximately 30% of your time
  • You are proactive, work independently, and thrive in a multicultural environment
  • Nice to have: experience working within African markets
