Support Engineer - Tasks & Responsibilities- Provide1st & 2nd line technical supportvia phone and ticketing system.
- Configure and preparenetwork devicesbefore customer deployment.
- Monitor thenetwork infrastructureand proactively identify potential issues.
- Managehardware inventoryand ensure equipment readiness.
- Supporton-site installationsfor customer deployments when required.
- Participate in anon-call rotationto help deliver high service availability.
Profil
Support Engineer - It's a match if- Has a good understanding ofTCP/IP networking,VLANs,VPNs,WAN/LAN, and basicfirewall configuration.
- Is eager to learn modern technologies such asSD-WAN,SDN, and hybrid connectivity.
- Demonstrates excellentcustomer serviceand problem-solving skills.
- Is proactive, curious, and enjoys working in afast-pacedenvironment.
- SpeaksFrench and Englishfluently; Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Holds a driving licence or is willing to travel occasionally for customer installations.
