Job DescriptionTo support the growth of Inetum Consulting in Belgium, we are hiring a Business Analyst to reinforce our teams delivering transformation projects in the following ecosystems: Energy & Utilities, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Public, and Healthcare. You will contribute to both client missions and internal initiatives that accelerate the growth of our consulting unit and strengthen our sector offerings.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering mid-to-large scale digital and transformation projects, who takes ownership, is eager to learn, and thrives in an environment that combines client impact with entrepreneurial team growth.
Your responsibilities

• You will lead and deliver consulting assignments, including:
  • Data analysis, benchmarks, stakeholder interviews, and insight synthesis
  • Workshop facilitation and workshop animation with client stakeholders
  • Process mapping, business analysis, and definition of implementation roadmaps
  • Supporting (or leading) project workstreams as part of major digital transformation programs

  • Projects to improve operational performance
  • Strategic framing and optimization of business processes
