Our client is a medium-sized organization operating in the financial services industry. They specialize in providing innovative banking and financial solutions to clients across various sectors.

Description de la fonction

As a Product Manager Acquiring your responsibilities are:

  • Own and drive the acquiring product roadmap across online and in-store payment solutions.
  • Lead initiatives from idea to delivery, ensuring clear scope definition, execution follow-up, and successful implementation.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to align priorities and drive operational excellence.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Bring structure, clarity, and predictability to product development processes while maintaining agility.
  • Own and continuously improve acquiring performance, merchant experience, platform reliability, and scalability.
  • Leverage your knowledge of acquiring, PSPs, payment APIs, and card payment flows (authorisation, capture, clearing, and settlement) to define and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives that drive measurable business and operational outcomes.
  • Clarify ownership, responsibilities, and ways of working across teams to increase execution speed and delivery quality.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing visibility on priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes.

Profil

A successful Product Manager Acquiring should have:

  • Strong experience in the financial services industry, particularly in banking or payments.
  • Proficiency in managing product lifecycles and developing strategic roadmaps.
  • Solid knowledge of acquiring products and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the financial services sector.
