Description de la fonction

As a Product Manager Acquiring your responsibilities are:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of acquiring products, from concept and prioritization through to production and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations and Business teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of payment initiatives.
  • Own and optimize acquiring solutions, including merchant acquiring services, payment APIs and card payment processing flows.
  • Define and maintain clear product priorities based on business objectives, operational needs and customer requirements.
  • Monitor product performance, stability, scalability and reliability while ensuring compliance with payment industry standards.
  • Act as the key point of coordination between stakeholders, managing dependencies, expectations and project delivery timelines.
  • Drive improvements across the acquiring ecosystem by leveraging insights from data, customer feedback and market developments.
  • Contribute to the evolution of card payment processes, including Authorization, Capture, Clearing and Settlement flows.
  • Bring structure to product development processes, clarify ownership and improve collaboration across teams.
  • Produce detailed product documentation, business requirements and delivery reports to support decision-making and execution.

Profil

A successful Product Manager Acquiring should have:

  • A strong background in product management within financial services or a related industry.
  • Expertise in acquiring solutions and a deep understanding of the banking and financial services sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market needs and product performance.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to present ideas and strategies effectively.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
