As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work on a variety of initiatives, ranging from continuous product improvements to large-scale strategic projects. You'll play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining modern web applications while helping shape intelligent conversational experiences powered by AI.

Working in a cross-functional Agile team, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Functional Analysts and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software that meets both technical and business objectives.

• Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Build intuitive and responsive frontend applications.
• Improve and expand existing codebases while maintaining high quality standards.
• Leverage AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to build smarter and more efficient solutions.
• Integrate applications with backend systems and third-party services.
• Contribute to cloud-native architectures using modern development practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
• Continuously improve performance, maintainability and security of the applications.

Profil

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Backend Software Developer.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Solid knowledge of Java (Spring is a strong advantage).
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Good understanding of CI/CD principles.
• Experience building cloud-native applications, microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Experience integrating APIs and backend systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within Agile teams.

• Experience with Docker, Podman or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with AI-driven development tools and agentic workflows.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable and high-quality code.
